There is much speculation about this and there is deception even in the question. The antichrist is mentioned only 4 times in 4 verses of the Bible. 1jn 2:18, 1jn 2:22, 1jn 4:3, 2jn 1:7. These verses tell us that any person who denies Jesus as the son of God, is of the spirit of the antichrist. This definition is very broad and fits people of many faiths. This type of general "antichrist" is not the focus of this study. This study is concerned with the character/power that will battle against Jesus at the end of the world. This character/power will indeed embody the traits of the "antichrist" mentioned above, but in a much more subtle way than outright denial of the deity of Jesus Christ. The subject of this study is the "man of sin", the "son of perdition", who is often referred to as the antichrist even though the Bible never distinguishes him by that title. 2Th 2:3 Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Is the son of perdition among us today? Bible prophecy is explained and the "antichrist" is named in these videos. Watch these videos and decide for yourself.
